30-day returns

If your piece isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• The item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories (gift box, pouch, cloth).
• Personalised items, such as initial pendants, can be returned only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to return

1. Email hello@wearsolvstone.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping fees are not refunded. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

EU customers

Customers in the European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, without giving a reason. To use it, send us a clear statement by email within 14 days. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this right and does not limit it. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.
